So, in order to make a meal plan, we have to add nutritious in it. your diet must have calcium, iodine, iron, omega-3 fatty acids, protein, vitamins, and minerals. Vegans, in particular, may want to consider supplements for omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B12 and vitamin D which we can't have from the natural food plants.
